Decreto 1040 de 1968 · Por el cual se asegura el funcionamiento con fondos oficiales de la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas

Suspéndase la vigencia del inciso 2° del artículo 17 del Decreto-ley número 1587 de 1963, hasta cuando las Cooperativas estén en posibilidad financiera de hacer los aportes allí contemplados. El Gobierno determinará el tiempo y la forma en que deban hacerse dichos aportes.

Parágrafo

Entretanto el Gobierno Nacional incorporará en los proyectos de Presupuesto de la vigencia correspondientes al año de 1969 y siguientes las sumas anuales necesarias para asegurar el normal funcionamiento y desarrollo de la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas.
