El Municipio de Bucaramanga, a cuyo cargo quedará el sostenimiento y el alumbrado del expresado puente una vez que haya sido concluído y traspasado a aquél por la Nación, dispondrá en oportunidad lo concerniente a la pavimentación de la calle que conduzca al "Puente Olaya Herrera."
