Ley 21 de 1982 · Por la cual se modifica el régimen del Subsidio Familiar y se dictan otras disposiciones

Son beneficiarios del régimen del subsidio familiar los trabajadores al servicio de los empleadores señalados en el artículo 7º. que, además, reúnan los siguientes requisitos:

Tener el carácter de permanentes;

Encontrarse dentro de los límites de remuneración señalados en el artículo 20;

Haber cumplido los requisitos de tiempo trabajado indicados en el artículo 23, y

Tener personas a cargo, que den derecho a recibir la prestación, según lo dispuesto en el Capítulo IV de esta ley.
