A. - (Findeter) ofrecerá a los intermediarios financieros, una tasa de redescuento del DTF menos un punto por ciento, trimestre anticipado (DTF -1.0% T.A.), o IPC más cero punto cinco por ciento, efectivo anual (IPC + 0.5% E.A.) o IBR menos 0.9 por ciento, mes vencido (IBR -0.9% M.V.). La tasa de interés final será hasta del DTF más tres puntos por ciento trimestre anticipado (DTF+3.0% T.A.) o hasta IPC más cuatro punto cinco puntos por ciento efectivo anual, (IPC + 4.5% EA.) o hasta el IBR más tres punto uno por ciento, mes vencido (IBR + 3.1% MV.)
