Art. 215. Cuando la embarcacion proceda de Maracaibo conduciendo mercancías que deban trasbordarse a otra en “ Encontrados “ con direccion a la Aduana de Cúcuta, se espresará así en la factura. En este caso no es necesario el sobordo certificado por el Cónsul o Ajente comercial de la República en aquel puerto.
