Los ediles no podrán:

Hacer parte de las juntas o consejos directivos de las entidades descentralizadas del Distrito Capital.

Gestionar en nombre propio o ajeno asuntos ante entidades públicas de cualquier orden o ante las personas que administren tributos; ser apoderadas ante las mismas o celebrar con ellas por sí o por interpuestas personas contrato alguno, excepto las actuaciones relacionadas con los bienes y servicios que ofrecen las entidades públicas en igualdad de condiciones a todos los ciudadanos.
