ARTICULO 17. El Libro de Registro de Hidrocarburos y de Otras Sustancias Contaminantes, deberá ser llevado a bordo y podrá ser inspeccionado por la autoridad marítima en cualquier circunstancia y deberá permanecer disponible por un período de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha del último asiento.
