Queda absolutamente prohibido despedir a trabajadores menores de edad por motivo de embarazo, sin autorización de los funcionarios encargados de la vigilancia y control del trabajo de menores; el despido que se produjere en este estado y sin que medie la autorización prevista en el presente artículo no produce efecto alguno y acarreará las sanciones previstas en el numeral 3º del artículo 239 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, aumentadas en una tercera parte.
