Art. 4.° La Junta de Comerciantes debe elegir siete suplentes, que por su orden han de reemplazar los principales en caso de ausencia temporal ó absoluta y que además han de tomar parte en las deliberaciones y en los trabajos de la Cámara, en los casos en que su concurso sea exigido por decisión de la mayoría de la Cámara.
