Para la construcción, dotación y funcionamiento de la Granja Agrícola, durante el año de 1972, destínase la suma de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.oo). En las vigencias presupuestales posteriores al año 1972, deberán ordenarse las partidas presupuestales necesarias para el normal funcionamiento de dicha Granja.
