Diploma. El Diploma lleva en su parte superior la figura del prócer. Será elaborado en papel cartulina o pergamino blanco de cuarenta (40) por treinta (30) centímetros de lado, con la siguiente leyenda:

Todos los diplomas son refrendados por el Jefe de Desarrollo Humano de la respectiva Fuerza. Llevan la firma del Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares y del Comandante de la Fuerza a la cual pertenezca el agraciado.
