Las sentencias del Tribunal Supremo deben ser comunicadas al Ministerio del Tesoro, para su ejecución.

Las que se refieran a pensiones o recompensas militares, deben comunicarse también el Ministerio de Guerra, para que éste haga tomar nota del hecho en la Oficina correspondiente.
