El patrimonio del Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas estará constituido por:

Todos los bienes, rentas y auxilios que actualmente posee y recibe;

Los, productos y utilidades que la entidad derive de las operaciones que realice en cumplimiento de las funciones que le han sido asignadas;

Las donaciones de personas o entidades públicas o privadas nacionales y extranjeras;

. Los demás bienes que el Fondo adquiera a cualquier título.
