Decreto 181 de 1981 · Por el cual se expide el Código de Procedimiento Penal

Aceptación de causales. Procedimiento. Cuando la Corte aceptare como justificada. Alguna de las causales, procederá así:

1. Si la causal aceptada fuere la primera o la segunda, casará el fallo y dictará el que deba emplazarlo.

2. Si la causal fuere la tercera, se revocara el fallo y se remitirá al funcionario respectivo para que se convoque el nuevo Jurado; y

3. Si la causal fuere la cuarta, declarará en que estado queda el proceso y dispondrá que se envíe al Tribunal de origen para que proceda con arreglo a lo resuelto por la Corte. CAPITULO SEGUNDO Revisión.
