º. Composición. La Comisión Gubernamental estará integrada de la siguiente manera: El Ministro del Interior o su delegado; hasta tres miembros de la Oficina del Alto Comisionado para la Paz; el Coordinador Nacional del Programa para la Reinserción, o de manera excepcional, la persona que él designe. La Comisión Gubernamental estará presidida por el Alto Comisionado para la Paz, o quien haga sus veces, o un delegado que éste designe. La Secretaría estará a cargo del Alto Comisionado para la Paz o quien haga sus veces, o quien éste delegue.
