º La autorización oficial para la exhibición de las películas tendrá vigencia hasta por cinco (5) años. Al cabo de dicho término se podrá solicitar nuevamente la autorización para exhibición pública pero, en ningún caso, podrá exhibirse producción cinematográfica alguna sin que cuente con la debida clasificación vigente por parte del Comité de Clasificación de Películas. Se exceptúan las producciones nacionales que, como tales, hayan sido clasificadas por El Ministerio de Comunicaciones; sin embargo, en relación con ellas se podrá, si se estima más favorable, solicitar nueva clasificación.
