°. Los recursos de que trata el artículo 5° del presente decreto se desagregan entre las entidades territoriales beneficiarias de la compensación de asignaciones directas. Aquellas entidades territoriales que tengan un ajuste negativo en la compensación del 2015, este le será descontado del 50% de la compensación del año 2016, según el detalle y montos señalados en el Anexo 3 que hace parte integral del presente decreto.
