Art. 4.° Los Notarios de Circuito en que circule la moneda de plata no autorizarán ningún acto 6 contrato en que por su naturaleza deba aparecer cantidad de dinero, cuando no se exprese la calidad de la moneda, esto es, si es de oro, plata ó papel-moneda.
