Responsabilidad . Los solicitantes de la devolución del IVA de que trata el presente decreto, serán responsables administrativamente ante la autoridad tributaria por la veracidad de la información y autenticidad de los documentos exhibidos para acceder a la misma; sin perjuicio de las infracciones de tipo penal que puedan presentarse y que deberán ser puestas en conocimiento de las correspondientes autoridades.
