El militar que, con ocasión del servicio o por causa del mismo o de funciones inherentes a su cargo y con el propósito, de causar una lesión personal, ocasione la muerte de otra persona, incurrirá en la sanción establecida en el artículo 194 disminuida de una tercera parte a la mitad.
