El Ministerio de la Protección Social a través de las Direcciones Territoriales, impondrá las sanciones a que se refiere el artículo 35 del presente decreto, a los usuarios o terceros beneficiarios que contraten con las Cooperativas y Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado el envío de trabajadores en misión o la intermediación laboral.
