° Las oficinas de tránsito competentes registrarán y expedirán un permiso que los autorice a prestar el servicio de transporte escolar a los propietarios o tenedores de los vehículos que hayan acreditado los requisitos establecidos en este Decreto. Dicho permiso tendrá una vigencia de un (1) año, que podrá ser renovado por períodos iguales.
