El retiro por incapacidad técnica, de que trata el inciso 2) del artículo 62; será determinado para los Oficiales por la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Guerra, y para las Clases, Marinería y tropa de Infantería de Marina, por la Dirección General de Marina, a solicitud de la respectiva Junta de Ascensos, en vista de las calificaciones de los tres (3) últimos años.
