Patente de navegación . La Patente de navegación es el documento que autoriza a una embarcación para navegar bajo bandera colombiana, expedido por el Director General Marítimo y Portuario.

Parágrafo

La reglamentación establecerá la vigencia de la Patente de Navegación, Ios tipos de naves que no la requieran, el documento que la sustituya y las causales de suspensión y cancelación.
