En cada Municipio habrá un Agente del Ministerio Público, llamado Personero Municipal, que tendrá un suplente nombrado por el mismo que elija el principal.
El suplente reemplazará al principal en todo caso de falta absoluta o temporal, mientras se provee lo conveniente, por quien corresponda.
