Objeto. El objeto del presente título es reglamentar la operatividad necesaria para el traslado de los recursos de las cuentas abandonadas de que trata el artículo 3º de la Ley 1777 de 2016 por parte de las entidades financieras que estén autorizadas para ofrecer cuentas de ahorro o cuentas corrientes, así como la operatividad necesaria para el reintegro de dichos recursos, y la inversión de los mismos según lo dispuesto en los artículos 5º y 7° de la citada norma.
