Cuando la ejecución se haya librado para la entrega de un cuerpo cierto, una vez que se mande llevar adelante la ejecución, se ordenará la entrega de la cosa si se hubiere secuestrado, y para llevarla a efecto, se hará uso de la fuerza, si fuere necesario, teniéndose en cuenta lo dispuesto por el artículo 962.
