Si la falsa imputación o la injuria de que trata este capítulo se hiciere por medio de la prensa o de publicaciones o de manuscritos exhibidos o repartidos profusamente o ante una reunión o asamblea pública o por medio del cinematógrafo, la televisión o la radio u otro medio eficaz de divulgación, se aumentará la pena señalada en estas disposiciones hasta en la mitad.
