Las Universidades Tecnológicas creadas por ley después de 1957, o que se fundaren por ley en el futuro, participaran en la distribución del Fondo Universitario Nacional en la misma proporción señalada por el Decreto número 0277 del 16 de julio de 1958, y demás normas legales sobre la materia y para el efecto se tendrán en cuenta los fondos existentes y los aumentos que recibiere posteriormente dicho fondo.
