Objeto. El presente decreto tiene como objeto precisar los criterios que orientan la asignación de recursos para los servicios de Defensa Técnica y Especializada de los Miembros de la Fuerza Pública con cargo a Fondetec, incluyendo criterios de distribución proporcional, cuando la demanda del servicio supere la apropiación presupuestal disponible, a fin de asegurar que se cubra la defensa de aquellos integrantes de la Fuerza Pública que no cuentan con rentas e ingresos suficientes para sufragar su defensa.
