º Los Miembros del Consejo Nacional Electoral devengarán cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40.000), por concepto de honorarios por sesión. En ningún caso la cantidad mensual será inferior a un millón seiscientos mil pesos ($ 1.600.000.00). La cuantía de sus viáticos, cuando cumplan comisiones de servicios será igual a la señalada para el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
