Traslado de Archivos. El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones trasladará al despacho de Cultura, los archivos que en la actualidad mantenga en materia de registro de productores, distribuidores y exhibidores, festivales y cine-clubes, salas, y sobre clasificación de estas últimas.

Los registros otorgados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones continuarán vigentes, sin perjuicio de la actualización que determine el Ministerio de Cultura.
