Artículo cuart o , Dentro de los tres primeros meses de 1975 la Dirección General del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público fijará el período de vigencia de los acuerdos teniendo en cuenta, entre otros factores, la destinación del aporte o préstamo y la capacidad administrativa de la respectiva entidad. En lo posible, estos períodos serán uniformes y en ningún caso menores de dos meses.
