El recibo de telegramas para el público se prestará en los días ordinarios, desde la siete hasta las veintiuna y en los feriados, desde las ocho hasta las once y desde las 19 hasta las 21. De las 21 en adelante sólo podrán recibirse telegramas urgentes, únicamente para aquellas oficinas que no hayan sido despedidas.
