, Los actos de las entidades de que trata el artículo 15 de la Ley 29 de 1973 que deban celebrarse por medio de escritura pública, cuando en el círculo de que se trate haya más de una notaría, se repartirán entre las que existan. Se exceptúan les establecimientos bancarios oficiales o semioficiales cuando no tengan por objeto principal de sus actividades desarrollar planes de vivienda y negocios de finca raíz.
