Las acciones derivadas de este contrato prescribirán en un año, contado desde su terminación o, en el caso previsto en el artículo 1685, desde la restitución de la nave. En caso de pérdida presunta de la nave, la prescripción correrá desde la fecha de cancelación de la matrícula.
