- ENTIDADES HOSPITALARIOS. Las entidades hospitalarias que actualmente no tengan definida su naturaleza jurídica y que sean administradas y sostenidas por el Estado, podrán recibir recursos del mismo, para lo cual el Director de la misma deberá celebrar un contrato en los términos del presente decreto {Decreto 777 de 1992}. Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo sólo se aplicará durante los doce meses siguientes a la vigencia de este Decreto (Decr. 777 de 1992, art. 22).
