º. Tarifa de estampilla. La tarifa de carga aplicable al corredor férreo Chiriguaná-Santa Marta se establece sobre la base de la cantidad de toneladas transportadas por cada usuario en cualquier trayecto del corredor férreo Chiriguaná-Santa Marta, con independencia de la distancia recorrida por cada usuario. La tarifa máxima de carga será establecida por el Ministerio de Transporte.
