Artículo único. Laméntase la muerte del doctor Eladio C. Gutiérrez.

Un busto del extinto será colocado en la población de Yaguará, lugar de su nacimiento.

Los gastos que demanden el busto y su colocación se incluirán en el Presupuesto del presente año.

Copia de esta Ley será enviada a la familia del doctor Gutiérrez.
