º. La prima de Navidad será el equivalente a un mes de salario, tendrá como base el último devengado, y será pagada en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre. Cuando un empleado no haya laborado durante el año completo, tendrá derecho al reconocimiento de la prima a razón de una doceava parte por cada mes completo de servicios.
