Pago de pensiones . Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en la Ley 758 de 2002, el Instituto de Seguros Sociales asume el pago de las pensiones reconocidas a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto de los pensionados que laboraron en la Vicepresidencia de Prestación de Servicios de Salud, las Clínicas y los Centros de Atención Ambulatoria.
