El artículo 34 del Decreto 1151 de 1989, quedará así: “Artículo 34. Destinación de las multas. Los dineros descontados por conceptos de multas a los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, serán depositados a favor del Fondo de Asistencia Social de Guardia. Mientras se provee a la creación de dicho Fondo, tales dineros serán depositados en Caja Especial del respectivo establecimiento carcelario”.
