Mínimo de derechos y garantías de los trabajadores a que hace referencia la presente sección. Las normas sobre salarios, jornada de trabajo, prestaciones sociales, vacaciones y demás que les sean aplicables en virtud de lo establecido en el Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, constituyen el mínimo de derechos y garantías consagradas en favor de los trabajadores a tiempo parcial, por lo tanto no produce efecto alguno cualquier estipulación que pretenda afectar o desconocer tales derechos.
