º Pago de la Indemnización. El asegurador podrá adelantar los trabajos de reparación por sus propios medios. La compañía de seguros pagará la indemnización correspondiente dentro de los sesenta (60) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que se presente la reclamación, aparejada de las pruebas a cerca de la ocurrencia del siniestro y de la cuantía de la pérdida.
