Artículo noveno. Los Jueces Municipales del Trabajo conocen en primera instancia de los litigios cuya, cuantía sea superior a tres mil pesos que se originen en un contrato de trabajo y de todos aquellos asuntos laborales no susceptibles de estimación pecuniaria. De los demás conocen en una sola instancia. Donde no hubiere Juez Municipal del Trabajo, conocerá de estos asuntos, conforme a la regla anterior, el Juez Municipal en lo Civil.
