º Las personas y entidades a que se refiere el inciso 2° del artículo 1° de este Decreto, estarán obligadas demás, a suscribir Bonos de Deuda Pública Interna en una : cuantía equivalente al 5 del total del impuesto de renta y complementarios que le corresponda pagar al contribuyente por el año gravable de 1964, de conformidad con las j disposiciones que al efecto se expidan.;
