º. Las obras que se construyan para los VI Juegos Deportivos Panamericanos, dentro de los predios de la Ciudad Universitaria del Valle, así como los implementos que se utilicen en esas instalaciones y que se adquieran con recursos provenientes de esta Ley, quedarán de propiedad de la Universidad del Valle, una vez finalizados los VI Juegos Deportivos Panamericanos.
