Cuando en los casos de los artículos 9º y 26 deban aplicarse disposiciones del Código de Minas, en favor de las empresas industriales del petróleo, tal aplicación se hará de acuerdo con lo previsto en el mismo Código de Minas, especialmente con las disposiciones pertinentes del Capítulo XXV, Juicios Especiales.
