De la demanda de la mujer casada no divorciada, cuando esté ausente o impedido el marido, para que se le conceda licencia general o especial de poder ejecutar actos jurídicos que requieran autorización marital, se le da traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público por dos días.

Si con la demanda no se presentan las pruebas en que se funda, o el Agente del Ministerio Público lo pide, el Juez abre el juicio a prueba por un término prudencial, prorrogable a voluntad de la mujer, por el tiempo necesario para producirlas o mejorarlas.

Sobre las pruebas presentadas o aducidas, el Juez falla dentro de los dos días siguientes.
