° Solicitud de entrega de la cesantía. Para los fines del inciso primero de¡ artículo anterior, el empleado público o trabajador oficial presentará al Fondo solicitud de entrega de saldo neto a su favor en la forma que éste determine, acompañada de la libreta o tarjeta de que trata el artículo 35 y de la liquidación a que se refiere el artículo 28.
